The Women’s Resource Fair will work with your organization to provide transportation to the Fair

The Women’s Resource Fair provides free bus transportation to and from the Fair for large groups located in the farther-out areas of San Diego County such as North County, East County and/or South Bay. Please contact us as soon as possible if your organization is interested in arranging transportation for your clients. We may not be able to accommodate requests for transportation made the week prior to the Fair. We are no longer able to provide transportation for groups located in downtown or along public transportation routes, or for individual Participants.

To facilitate transportation service, the Women’s Resource Fair requires information on where Participants are located and approximately how many women and children will be picked up at a particular location. Our Volunteers will design a bus route and schedule to accommodate as many people as possible. Space on the buses is limited!

Organizations seeking to arrange transportation must fill out a Transportation Request Form

Please Note: The Women’s Resource Fair cannot guarantee transportation for individuals or small groups. For groups of 10 people or less who are not located close to public transportation routes, we will attempt to arrange transportation from centralized stops. If you need transportation for an individual or small group, please fill out the Transportation Request Form. Please be sure to provide a valid email address or phone number so that coordinators can contact you the week prior to the Fair to let you know if transportation can be arranged, and if so, the centralized pick-up location nearest you.
